Acceptable Use Policy

Introduction

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to AppIconGenerator, including our AI-powered logo and image generation features. It is part of our Terms of Service.

You are responsible for the prompts you submit, the content you generate, and how you use or share generated content.

Prohibited Content

You may not use AppIconGenerator to create, request, upload, distribute, or attempt to generate content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, or unsafe. Prohibited content includes:

• NSFW content, nudity, pornography, sexually explicit content, sexual services, or erotic content;
• any sexualized content involving minors or any attempt to exploit, harm, or endanger children;
• graphic violence, gore, threats, harassment, hateful conduct, extremist content, or incitement of violence;
• self-harm instructions, dangerous acts, illegal goods or services, controlled substances, or weapons facilitation;
• impersonation, fraud, phishing, malware, scams, deceptive claims, or misleading identity, affiliation, or origin;
• private personal data, doxxing, surveillance, or content that violates privacy or publicity rights;
• copyrighted, trademarked, or otherwise protected content that you do not have rights to use; or
• prompts intended to bypass safety systems, moderation, rate limits, payment controls, or platform restrictions.

AI Generation Safety

Every user prompt that may reach an AI image generation model may be screened before generation, including through CREEM's Moderation API and other safety systems. Prompts that are denied or flagged may be blocked.

We may reject prompts, refuse generation, remove content, limit usage, suspend access, terminate accounts, or report activity when we believe this policy has been violated or when required by law or platform rules.

If you believe content generated or shared through AppIconGenerator violates this policy, contact us at support@appicongenerator.org.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of AppIconGenerator means you agree to the current version.
